What to expect during your first visit.
Your first session.
Your initial session is mainly a time for information gathering and relationship building. We’ll spend some time getting to know one another and going over your intake paperwork, as well as addressing any questions you may have. We’ll discuss the reasons why you have decided to begin counseling. Once we have covered that information, we willl come up with a list of goals and a plan to help you achieve those goals.

Download and fill out the new client document below. Please bring the completed form to your first session. Each individual participating in a session needs to complete the form individually.
Payment & insurance information.
$100 / 50 minute session. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted as payment. Sliding scale is available upon request.
Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. Depending on provider plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Client is responsible for covering all remaining costs.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
